CICA-OSCE: implementation of international experience in the legal regulation of in-ternational relations in security matters

Abstract

The problem of security ensuring was faced by mankind at all times, but it was es-pecially acute in the second half of the 20th century. In connection with the dynamic development of international relations, states are faced new threats and dangers. The Asian region belongs to one of the main driving forces of the world development. But, along with this, it continues to be the place of the origin of potential conflicts. International organizations created in different regions contribute to the resolution of international conflicts. This work highlights the basic principles of the activities of regional organizations in the field of international security, examines the mechanisms for institutionalizing subjects of international law, the main directions for imple-menting peace initiatives and strengthening confidence building measures. The article is aimed at the circle of all those interested in the problems of strengthening global and regional security.
