Abstract

This study examines gender education as a key mechanism for transforming social relations and forming a culture of equality in contemporary Kazakhstani society. In the context of global changes and the Republic of Kazakhstan's aspiration to achieve sustainable development goals, issues of gender equality in the educational sphere acquire particular relevance. The research reveals multifaceted aspects of gender education in Kazakhstan, analyzing both achieved successes and existing challenges on the path to building a just and inclusive society. Despite impressive indicators of gender parity in education, confirmed by an equality index of 1.0 according to World Economic Forum data , behind these figures lies a complex picture of social processes requiring deep analysis and a systematic approach.

The author thoroughly investigates the country's regulatory and legal framework, contemporary initiatives and projects in the field of gender education, identifying existing problems and barriers. Special attention is paid to regional differences and the influence of traditional patriarchal attitudes, particularly in rural areas.

The study proposes a comprehensive system for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of gender educational policy, including both quantitative and qualitative indicators to ensure sustainable development of a culture of equality in Kazakhstani society.
