The state of intellectual migration of young people in Kazakhstan: political analysis

Abstract

This article examines the state of intellectual migration of young people of Kazakhstan as an actual
problem in the process of globalization. To date, the Republic of Kazakhstan as a subject of the global process cannot
remain outside this issue. Every year the outflow of young people to foreign countries is growing. Scientific article
determines the direction, character and content of the intellectual migration of the youth of Kazakhstan is considering
the issues, the regulatory mechanisms of the state policy of the country. Since independence, a qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis of the professional characteristics of specialists emigrating from our country is carried
out. However, the issues abroad brain leak of youth who graduated from high school, determined the necessity of
creation and improvement of national mental centers.
