There is no conflict-free society. With each passing year, competition and tensions between
states are becoming more acute, due to the granting of rights to the seized territory, a lack of resources, a global
population of people, so international conflicts are becoming more and more evident.
Even in antiquity, the third, neutral side began to attract conflicts to resolve conflicts, since then many
changes and amendments have been introduced into mediation operations, but each year their significance grows.
International conflicts are regulated through peaceful and coercive measures, developed by the world community, to
limit the aggression of states. In addition, measures can be formal or informal. Many ways to resolve conflicts through
mediation lead to various withdrawals from the conflict environment of rival states.
