Abstract

The article aims to analyze the theoretical analysis of ethno-moral principles in the Kazakh
society, which was the basis of the unique power of the Kazakh Khanate in XIII-XVIII centuries. The article explores
«Society - moral universe»concept. The problem is considered in the context of soul, nature, spirit, shame, honor and
dignity. Here, the Kazakh mentality strives for everybody to realize their national values, feel their sense of tolerance
with their people, to increase their desire for spiritual heritage and to defend their native country. From there, the
prestige of a man exceeds the people’s dignity, the idea that the honor and pride of honor are raised.This is the first
issue in the domestic science of international relations.
