Abstract

In the article, the author explores the important directions of realization of the C5+1 initiative as a nationwide approach of the U.S. government to Central Asia with the joint participation of the governments of five Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan). On the basis of system analysis, the nature of international relations and the C5+1 initiative of the C5+1 diplomatic platform are demonstrated, which contribute to the realization of priority areas and prevention of problems of regional stability and security in Central Asia. As a result, the conclusion is given on the priority of further research in the development of the C5+1 initiative in international relations within the framework of the C5+1 platform. At the end, the author proposes to substantiate the theoretical and practical significance of transformational change for the future. Using predictive methods of research, to model and scientifically substantiate a prospective scenario and model of possible effective solutions in terms of the implementation of the C5+1 initiative as a tool to ensure and achieve the strengthening of regional stability in Central Asia.
