Problems of formation and development of the electoral system in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

In the article it is emphasized that the stage of evolution of selective system in the society and
its own political-right forming of acting system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It defines the conceptual system, has
SWOT-analysis and comparative analysis on the type of selection. It reflects the advantages and disadvantages of the
electoral system, describes its current state, its significance. The reformist reform system was considered as a political
and right instrument for the maintenance of sound political processes in the development of democratic principles and
institutions of civil society.
The constitutional reform and reforms of the selective system, which are being implemented in Kazakhstan
at the new stage of the social-political development, demonstrate that they are all democratic. Evaluates and predicts
positive changes in the law-making process in Kazakhstan at the current stage. In the present or the time, the author’s
suggestions are presented, describing the qualitative changes in the system of Kazakhstan.
